Tickets are $45 in advance, $40 in advance for Friends of Historic Ithaca, $75 in advance for two, or $50 after May 5.

Purchase advance tickets online, by calling (607) 273-6633, or by visiting Historic Ithaca at 212 Center Street, Ithaca.

Online ticketing closes on May 5.  Tickets purchased after that date will be $50 each. 

Tickets may be purchased by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard at Historic Ithaca, 212 Center Street, Ithaca NY during office hours, Tuesday through Saturday 9am – 5pm.

Tickets may also be purchased on the day of the event at Unity Inn, 408 East State Street, Ithaca NY.

Children under 12 may attend free of charge with a paying adult, but please be mindful that tour sites include private homes and an active construction site.

The tour will take place rain or shine.  We are not able to provide refunds.

Event registration will open at 1:00pm on May 8 at Unity Inn, 408 East State Street. You must register to receive your tour map and name badge (required for entry into the homes on the tour and the reception).

Limited parking is available at Unity Inn.  Limited one-time-only event parking is available in unmarked spots behind the Gateway building on East State Street - please park towards the rear of the lot.   Additional parking will be available in the Green Street and Tioga Street parking garages or at metered spaces (all free on weekends). We kindly request that able tour-goers use the Green Street parking garage, two blocks west of Unity Inn, or the garage at the corner of Tioga and Seneca Streets.  Limited street parking is available at each site on the tour.
