Victoria Romanoff

Victoria Romanoff was one of the first and most influential members of Historic Ithaca. Of her many accomplishments, Romanoff served as project manager of the Clinton House restoration and poured superhuman energy into the work of rescuing the ca. 1830 grand hotel. As a principal partner of Romanoff & Associates, a design and historic preservation firm, Romanoff has helped to preserve hundreds of historic structures in Tompkins County, including Clinton Hall, St. James A.M.E. Zion Church, Simeon’s, and Llenroc House. Romanoff also applies preservation principles to her vibrant artistic practice, working with recycled materials in the creation of sculptural works.
