Historic Ithaca braved the cold during the 11th Annual Great Downtown Ithaca Chili Cook-off and WinterFest held on Saturday, February 21st, 2009, from 11:30am to 4:00pm.  If you missed the festival, stop by our offices at their new location to see what’s new or to browse our library: 212 Center Street at the Significant Elements architectural salvage warehouse.
